Contributions are not deductible for federal income tax purposes. Nevada Law, NRS Chapter 294A governing campaign practices, requires us to report the name and address, as well as the date and amount of each contribution, for each contributor that contributes more than $100 to Naomi’s campaign. Individuals may make maximum contributions of $5,000 to the primary election and then $5,000 to the general election.
